“New Normal with Peace: Meditation for Peace and Sustainable Development”
on the occasion of celebrating the declaration of UNESCO for 150th Anniversary of the Birth of Venerable Phra Ajaan Mun Bhuridatta

The Meditation Practice is the international guideline which are focused on and awakened to study and research, due to the fact that the meditation can strengthen mind and help to control oneself, be generous, and bring out forgiveness and having mind immunity to handle with changes of current world situation and various unexpected incidents very well.
In the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, it makes people over the world recognize to live their lives carefully until causing New Normal. For this reason, in order to survive among the pandemic situation, Meditation Practice is the one of significant ways which is become the part of living with New Normal. To keep humans to be conscious, do not panic, relieve anxiety until being able to escape from various crises. As well as the meditation will form the foundation of morality, ethics, and build good relationships among people in the world society. To reduce inequality and create equality in society, which is a sustainable development approach that will truly contribute to world peace.
To achieve the mentioned objectives, The Department of Religious Affairs, the Ministry of Culture is organizing an International Online Semi-Academic Conference on the topic “New Normal with Peace : Meditation for Peace and Sustainable Development” on the occasion of celebrating the declaration of UNESCO for 150th Anniversary of the Birth of Venerable Phra Ajaan Mun Bhuridatta
